    Good morning,

We are in Pamplona, Spain and have 48 hours of problems. An engine water coolant pipe burst causing the Morelo to report an EDC fault and entered ‘crawl’ mode. We arranged recovery to an Iveco dealer in Pamplona, they have been great. They found a water hose above the exhaust that had been burned from the heat causing this problem. This has been repaired.

We tried to continue our holiday but again had a problem. The Morelo reported ‘low engine coolant pressure’. We returned to the Iveco dealer and he flushed the coolant system, replaced the coolant header tank cap and tried to replace the coolant pressure sensor but he cannot remove it. It is so tight and the space (in the top of the dashboard is so small) and he said he doesn’t want to damage the header tank by using too much force.

Why would Morelo make this so hard to do?

My question to you my friends is how can we fix this problem? Has anyone had to replace this sensor before? And how did you do it, please?

    That, someone, was surely me!

    I. thought the sound was coming from the left side mirror mount. It did it all the time and drove me crazy. I mentioned it to Morelo while they had the motorhome for a month to do 2-year warranty work and they said they had fixed it. I drove it away from the Service Center down the hill and it started making that noise again. So I drove it back up the hill and asked them to fix it properly.

A guy came into the Morlo with some sticky tape and a screwdriver and a hammer. I wanted to watch how he fixed it but he didn't want observers and asked us to leave. He worked for an hour. When he was finished he said he had fixed it. We drove away down the hill and all seemed ok until we got onto the motorway. Then it started again and is still doing it a year later. It still drives me nuts every time I drive it.

    Good morning Liner Treff'ers

I have been reading your forum for 3 years now having purchased a new Morelo Palace 93MB in 2017.

Since then, I have visited beautiful Germany a number of times and have enjoyed it very much making new friends along the way.
