Hi all,
Does someone knows the name of the manufacturer of this tap installed on washbasin in my Flair ? Then someone knows where to find a retailer for it?
It is leaking from below (a few drops an hour from where the arrow heads) and I may need to change it if the leak cannot be fixed.
What is the function of the green piece one can see on picture : is it a blocking system pf the nipples?
Thanks for your tips,
Regards
Joel
Hi Ambra,
From your experience, is it possible to install a BMV 712 smart in place of a BMV 712 without a modification (additional power supply for instance) ?
Thanks for your advise.
Regards,
Joel
Alles anzeigenHallo Bosko,
So lucky you are ! In France, the licence is valid for two years above 60 years old., five below.. the medical exam for renewing the licence checks for diabet, heart desease and sight.
Alles anzeigenHi Joel,
I have had a similar problem, but it wasn´t the refuelling hose, but the gasket of the tank level measurement unit. Unfortunately, that hadn´t been installed properly and therefore, fuel leaked through the gasket, only when going downhills...
And when I look at the second of your pictures, it appears to me, that there are also traces of Diesel above the suspected area, at the vapor release / pressure release connections......
Anyway, as Thomas said, you can continure to drive and you can refuel more than 50 %, but not 100%. And you local dealer should be able to get it fixed.
Regards,
Ralf
Hi Ralf,
Believe it or not, but I have both problems ! I noticed the second one yesterday when trying to look more accurately to the tank.
A bad genius was at work at the time the tank was built!
Regards,
Joel
Thanks to,all for your help !
Removing the tank is definitely a job I’ll let to N&B ! I guessed too that fill up to half load only could be the temporary solution. Nevertheless, I’ll call N&B tomorrow and see what they advise.

Alles anzeigenHi Joel.
This is a typical problem of the newer (since 2018) NiBi Flair with a ESTEPE frame. Many NiBi Flair with ESTEPE frame have this issue.
This leakage problem is well known at NiBi in Polch!
Normaly NiBi in Polch, Germany fix the problem before delivery.
The best way to fix the problem is to call NiBi´s customer support in Polch, maybe ESTEPE in the Nederlands can help you too.
Sorry i have no idea for you that you can fix the leakage by yourself.
Regards,
Hilger
Thanks. Hilger for this clear answer. I’ll call N&B tomorrow and see how they could do to help fixing this issue. I believe you had the problem with your Flair : to your opinion, is there a probability it worthens, should I have to wait being back home for fixing it?
Well to start off, you can easily fit another clamp just underneath. This may just cure the problem und stop the leak.
regards
Rufus
Thanks Rufus for the tip. Since this a well known problem by N&B , I will let them giving me a solution.
Hi all,
I’ve got a fuel leakage at the connexion between tank itself and the refuelling pipe. On picture one can see at the arrow a liquid drop but I was not able locating the exact origin between the welded transition piece on tank (looks like a ring on picture ) and the transition piece where the refueling pipe is connected and fixed by a collar (cheked to be properly tigh) .Do anyone have a better knowledge on this part of the tank that could help me to locate the problem ? I can’t make up my mind to understand if it’s a real issue or not. IVECO can be of little help I guess since the tank is not a original part but installed by the frame preparator on behalf on N&B. I currently on trip, 2000 km from the vendor workshop...
Thanks for your tips.

Hallo Elbert,
noch eine Ergänzung. In Frankreich wird ein Wohnmobil, nicht wie ein LKW behandelt. Anbei die korrekte Geschwindigkeit-Tabelle für Frankreich.
Gruß
Ecki
Hello,
There might be an misunderstanding with speed limits in France. Up to 7,5 t the values indicated for campers are 50/80/100/110 km/h since they are not foreseen as LKW. However for a weight over 7,5 t campers fall in the LKW category and must comply with the same speed limits 50/80/90/90 . There is also a sub-category in LKW dedicated to busses that is 100 km/h over 1O t and 110 km/h below 10 t on highways only and for vehicles with ABS, other values remaining the one of LKW.
I hope this helps.
Thanks. I’ll try tomorrow when moving
Hi all,
I’m needing a tip regarding the bug that can be found in a brand new Flair.
After a rear drive when Zenec GPS is in use, the rear cam does not fold back when driving ahead again and It’s a hell trying to make it close. Up to now the only solution I found was to make a complete reset o f the Zenec. Doing so several times a day is not a easy.
I know there is a specific procedure for making it right again but I lost the N@B leaflet attached with the bordbuch : someone can help? Thanks.
Kind Regards,
JB
Hi All,
Being in the process of selecting my next Camper, I visited a Loft 87 year 2019 . I may have missed it but I haven’t clearly seen how was handled the natural ventilation in the shower cabin. I saw the upper part of the shower door with a space between the latter and the ceiling but the arrangment looks odd to me letting the mist evacuates through the Heki of the corridor.
Even worse would it be if an AC unit is installed instead. I would be happy to get feedback from Owners. Thanks.
Kindly,
Joel
Hi Joel,
also welcome from Bochum, western germany.
Hope you have a lot of fun in our forum.
Best regards
Hello ans welcome...
Greetings, Thomas
Hi all,
Many thanks for your warm welcome messages ! Apologizes for all the one I did’nt answer personnally.
The forum is a valuable source of information, helping me greatly in my project of swap from my actual ARTO to smomething somewhat bigger.
And then comes to me the time of eternal fight for me to choose from a Morelo or a Concorde , or even a Flair as a challenger (gregariousness from ARTO ?) I don’t think I would have found better place getting infos on those Womos.
Surely Would I have queries in the near future , being sure having back sound answers from menbers.
Kindly,
Joel
Hello Fantom,
Thanks ; I missed the open days in Polch last november. I though that surely more than one person would have asked them. I’ll try.

Hi all,
Is there any reason for NB not to offer a lithium battery pack even as an option?
Joel
My german is too weak to clearly understand the conversation but I believe I picked up the general meaning. I’m afraid I started a mess. I didn’t mean to do that. I got the idea to question a german site on those very specific campers because it seemed clear to me that here would be the best place to do so. Upon the suggestion of Ralf, it looked already odd to me to start a topic in english and I was wondering how to do so without disturbing the site. Too bad.
Hi Martin,
Welcome to the forum. It‘s a pleasure to have you and I am very confident that you will get a lot of support. One remark though, I believe it would be helpfull to split your introduction. Your question about suitable vehicles, pro‘s and con‘s don‘t would better fit in a technical section of the forum and the post will not get stuck in the introduction area were it will not be found later.
Again welcome
Ralf
Hi Ralf,
You’re right.I deviated in the introduction. I’ll redirect the questions in the right topics. Thanks for it.
Joel
Hello everybody,
It’s a pleasure for me to introduce myself to your forum members.
I’m not very familiar with german langage altrough I spent several years learning it in Gymnasium; that was a long long time ago. Later professional life didn’t give me much opportunity to practice. It’s a good thing however for me to have the possibility to communicate with other people sharing the same interest for campers, and not being necessarly fellow citizens.
I’m on the way to change my Arto (4,8 t) for a upgraded vehicle. I’m selecting from Concorde, Morelo or Niesmann & Bishoff in the 7.5 t range. From the manufacturers websites, from the vendors in France , I get a lot of information (sometimes unclear or ambiguious) I would like sharing with Owners and so setting my decision the best way possible.
I bought my Arto from stock, I made a lot of improvements but after a summer using it the the conclusion was : it’s too small and have a limited capacity for what I want to do with it. Beginner mistake: that was the first camper I ever bought.
Now I know better my actual needs and it automatically aims for those vehicles above. My questions will be mostly technical since at this stage it looks difficult for me (not talking about my wife !) to choose between the interior of a Palace or a Charisma !
We plan for a camper where we want to live in say -from march to december- mostly Europe south : at first we look for a « bar salon » lay out with a length 8.8-9.0 m, Daily and 7.5 t (Limited by driving licence). I already set Telma, air suspension and hydraulic cylinders.
Question remains for powerpack : for those wehicle (except NB) the lithium pack looks great but I’m questioning about the real improvment vs the classical set of AGM batteries : what is your opinion about? Does it worth the cost? as an enginner I love it... Is there any reason for NB not proposing a lithium power pack?
Same question about integrated micro wave oven in Charisma : I haven’t seen any picture or anything on this equipment in documentation ; is it a worthy option or is it better to go for an « homemade » solution?
Kindly,
JB
Alles anzeigenHello to our not german speaking guests.
Don´t be shy to write in different languages than German. English is welcome as well. Sometimes it might be a little, let´s say special, to describe the devices and/or problems in German language. So don´t hesitate to post in english. We will be able to react and help you as good as possible. May be that sometime´s there will be funny misunderstandings, depending on these special expressions for mobile homes tools, devices and environment descriptions but at the end of the day we all will do our best. I am sure that here around are a lot of users speaking english fluent and finally good enough to give you a warm welcome in our community.
My english is trained from the scratch during some years in cornwall, so please take into consideration that there is a kind of slang. I am used to speak english during business and if required we try to use a dictionary
Finaly welcome in our best LinerTreff ever!
Martin
